Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems including CRM, SAP, TMS, WMS, and TES
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational teams and senior management
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, spot variances, and flag data quality issues
• Monitor data accuracy and completeness to uphold data governance standards
• Support regular weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting cycles
• Document data logic, report definitions, and underlying assumptions
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams to translate business questions into insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX fundamentals
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation
• Solid understanding of database fundamentals such as tables, keys, and joins
• English proficiency at a C1 level
• German proficiency at a C1 level is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or Dynamics 365
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with CRM or ERP platforms
• Background in logistics, supply chain, or sales operations reporting
