Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance dashboards and scorecards in Power BI and Metabase
• Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and load data
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadences for customer-facing teams
• Analyze agent and team performance metrics to support bonus and incentive decisions
• Apply Gemini and AI workflows to generate actionable insights and identify operational gaps
• Partner with CS leaders to align metrics and KPI definitions with business objectives
• Conduct variance analysis and support root-cause investigation for performance gaps

Requirements

• Proficiency in Snowflake and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Metabase
• Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of AI tools like Gemini for insight generation
• Solid understanding of CS operational metrics (CSAT, retention, productivity)
• Availability to work afternoon hours (2:00-10:00 pm)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
• Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification
• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
