Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data regarding internal recruitment team processes
- Develop metrics and dashboards using BI/ETL tools to track process efficiency
- Provide ad-hoc analytics and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and improve internal services
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
- Strong business orientation and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Airflow, Python, or Zapier
- Familiarity with the GCP ecosystem and Notion
