About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative data entry and verify data accuracy from scanned paperwork
- Prepare laboratory reports by aggregating data from various sources into predefined structures
- Check accuracy and consistency of entered data to ensure information quality
- Communicate detected data discrepancies to appropriate personnel
- Populate report templates with scientific data including samples, dates, and analysis methods
- Submit reports for review and approval by laboratory supervisors
Requirements
- University degree in a related science field (Chemistry preferred)
- Minimum of one year of experience in data entry, management, and verification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2+ level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minor discrepancies
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Pharma testing
- Proven experience with data quality and operational excellence
