Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support product, operational, and strategic decisions
• Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, and reporting structures
• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and reliable reporting
• Present findings to both technical and business stakeholders
• Support and mentor junior analysts

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills
• Excellent communication skills for explaining data to stakeholders
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with Spark or Databricks
• Experience in consulting, retail, e-commerce, or digital platform businesses
• Experience with data governance, BI strategy, or mentoring
