Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations, including claims, client data, policy data, and external reporting.
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large datasets across multiple system platforms and sources.
• Review data to identify operational impacts, trends, and opportunities for improvement to present to management.
• Develop reports, deliverables, and dashboards using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other data warehouse tools.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements by performing regular data quality audits and analysis.
• Assist with the training and mentoring of other Data Analysts.
• Support data systems as a functional administrator, including testing and implementing new functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in statistical analysis or IT, specifically involving data warehousing, coding, or ETL processes.
• Proven experience in Data Visualization and building dashboards using SQL.
• Proficiency with coding languages such as Python or R.
• Experience in underwriting analysis.
• Strong experience managing projects or participating heavily in project implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification (PL-300).
• Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification.
