About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, clean, and prepare data from various internal sources
  • Build, evolve, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and management cockpits
  • Analyze data to support operational decision-making and performance understanding
  • Identify and challenge business needs related to activity monitoring
  • Ensure the consistency, reliability, and readability of all utilized data
  • Collaborate closely with production, industrialization, IT, and other support teams
  • Participate in data governance and the improvement of reporting practices

Requirements

  • Higher education in data, statistics, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally within an industrial or production environment
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (experience with Tableau Desktop is a significant asset)
  • Strong ability to manipulate and integrate data from multiple sources
  • Analytical mindset with high levels of rigor and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, Python, or automation tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex results to diverse stakeholders
