Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern master data across SCM systems to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
• Adhere to Master Data Governance (MDG) standards, policies, and approval workflows to support auditability and traceability.
• Perform regular data reviews, clean-ups, and validations to prevent duplicates and obsolete records.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and implement corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support data migrations, testing, and post-go-live operations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and harmonize master data maintenance processes.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and work instructions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Analyst, Business Systems, or Operations roles.
• Working understanding of SCM planning, manufacturing, and execution processes.
• Exposure to ERP or planning systems, with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data validation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Strong analytical and logical skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification.
• Familiarity with requirements documentation, defect tracking, and collaboration tools.
