Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial reporting models and dashboards using BigQuery, SQL, and Qlik
• Support monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting processes through data analysis and reconciliation
• Perform variance analysis (actuals vs plan/forecast) and explain key drivers
• Analyze revenue trends, customer cohorts, and retention metrics to support growth strategy
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and RevOps to ensure data consistency across systems like Salesforce and Workday
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for executive and board-level reporting
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency, and data processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, FP&A, or revenue analytics
• Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large-scale datasets (e.g., BigQuery)
• Proven experience building financial models, forecasts, and performing variance analysis
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, MRR, Net/Gross Retention, CAC, and LTV
• Experience supporting monthly close, budgeting, and planning processes
• Familiarity with financial systems and data sources such as ERP, Salesforce, or billing systems
• Experience with BI tools such as Qlik or Tableau for financial dashboards and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
