Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decisions and strategies
• Develop, maintain, and enhance data reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Extract, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights
• Use statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data
• Assist in developing data models and predictive analytics for business forecasting
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• 3 to 6 years of experience in general analytics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharma or healthcare domain analytics
• Knowledge of statistical software such as R or Python
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data standards in the healthcare sector
