Data Analyst - People

Responsibilities

• Translate people needs and data into action through statistical testing and cross-functional partnerships
• Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap
• Manage projects covering Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Employee Listening
• Perform data wrangling to enable comprehensive workforce intelligence
• Prepare and analyze people-related financial data, such as labor capitalization reports
• Engage with technical experts and senior leadership to drive strategic business decisions

Requirements

• Experience with Python or R
• Basic understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role
• Degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
