Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using IBM Cognos Analytics and Microsoft Power BI to support business KPIs.
• Translate business requirements into efficient semantic models, metadata layers, and reusable reporting components.
• Deliver end-to-end BI solutions including data extraction, modeling, visualization, and validation.
• Develop and maintain Cognos Framework Manager models, packages, and advanced reports including prompt pages, drill-throughs, and bursting.
• Build optimized Power BI semantic models and datasets using star/snowflake schema design and enterprise modeling standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics development.
• Deep expertise in both IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions in regulated, data-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for large datasets.
• Experience with framework manager modeling, packages, and metadata design.
