Responsibilities

• Use existing software tools to analyze nELISA data
• Troubleshoot issues, including deep investigation and root cause analysis
• Communicate issues clearly, including follow-up investigations
• Identify areas of improvement and contribute to solutions
• Participate in process improvements and algorithm development activities
• Transform raw readout data into quantified proteins

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioengineering, Biology, or Applied Biosciences
• 1+ years of experience analyzing data and running data pipelines for bioscience data
• Proficiency in Python and the scientific Python stack (numpy, pandas, matplotlib, jupyter)
• Familiarity with Bayesian statistics, sampling methods, and mixed models
• Understanding of biotechnology tool data (e.g., sequencing, immunoassays, or signal processing)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail regarding data quality

Preferred Qualifications

• First-hand experience with analyzing data from biotechnology tools
• Experience in academic or industrial bioscience settings
