Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis and create detailed reports and visualizations to support business decision-making
• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using Python and PySpark
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and solutions
• Develop, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis and reporting process
• Assist in creating predictive models and identifying trends and patterns
• Automate repetitive data tasks and optimize existing workflows
• Communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Strong hands-on experience with PySpark for big data processing
• Expertise in working with large, complex datasets
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
• Strong understanding of data wrangling, cleaning, and ETL processes
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong problem-solving skills
