Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to turn business questions into actionable insights
• Pull, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting is accurate and trustworthy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams track performance and make decisions
• Automate recurring data pulls and reporting processes to save time and reduce manual work
• Support ad hoc requests and investigate drivers behind business results
• Continuously improve data quality, reporting, and overall analytics processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years of experience working with data in a business environment
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL
• Experience building dashboards or reports
• Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings to business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric
• Experience with Python or similar programming languages
• Understanding of data modeling, automation, or basic statistical analysis
• A curious and detail-oriented mindset
