Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing, campaign, and customer data to derive actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI systems for success measurement
• Support the analysis of performance marketing channels including SEA, SEO, Social Media, and Email
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities along the customer journey
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare results for various stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams
• Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school
• Initial professional experience or internships in a fast-growing company or consulting
• Fluency in German and English
