Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze key business metrics including revenue, cost, and profitability to inform strategic planning
• Conduct in-depth analysis of user acquisition, retention, and expansion patterns
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for company-wide stakeholders
• Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate new features and product changes
• Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities
• Perform cohort analysis and user segmentation to uncover engagement trends

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience using data visualization tools to create dashboards
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business, product, or data analysis roles within SaaS, AI, or technology companies
• Experience with AI-powered products
