Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Structure and integrate data from multiple sources such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce to generate business insights
• Create, maintain, and automate strategic dashboards and reports to support commercial decision-making
• Perform exploratory and predictive analyses to identify market opportunities and trends
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all analytical processes
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, BI, Product, and Technology teams to drive data-driven strategies
• Propose continuous improvements for data analysis, visualization, and usage processes
• Support the democratization of data culture throughout the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with data modeling and processing data from diverse sources
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills
• Strong collaborative profile with the ability to influence cross-functional areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python for data analysis
• Experience working with cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
