Data Analyst Lead

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, identifying enhancements and promoting usage across the team
• Analyze program data to evaluate market potential and provide strategic recommendations
• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency in tracking systems
• Execute database queries using Redshift DW and perform program data analysis
• Gather and prioritize user requirements and manage user acceptance and regression testing
• Write user manuals, train users, and provide technical support for reporting tools
• Manage projects and client communications, influencing stakeholders to determine effective solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or data scientist
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., engineering, mathematics, statistics, finance, or computer programming)
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, specifically Tableau
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Excel with strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating, interpreting, and maintaining complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python or NodeJS
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple deliverables
• A passion for sustainability and making a meaningful environmental impact
