Data Analyst Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and experimentation
• Partner with growth marketing teams to measure channel performance, attribution, funnels, and cohort behavior
• Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources to establish a reliable source of truth
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting for day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy
• Define and standardize core metrics, naming conventions, and data definitions
• Lead complex analyses including funnel, cohort, and experiment evaluation
• Mentor and guide other analysts to raise the bar for analytical rigor

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
• Significant experience partnering with growth marketing teams at scale
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, imperfect datasets
• Proven experience reconciling data across multiple tools and platforms
• Fluency with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, or GA
• Ability to independently scope projects and drive analyses from question to insight
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing or evaluating attribution models
• Background in consumer products, media, or high-growth technology companies
• Experience building or influencing analytics infrastructure and instrumentation
