Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Leverage and expand the Kimball dimensional model to create rich, actionable data products.
• Write SQL to develop and expand insights within in-house reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to conduct ad-hoc explorations, ranging from engineering production issues to product landscape insights.
• Own data quality by building insights that guide the data team toward cleaner and richer datasets.
• Compose data pipelines using SQL to clean, combine, refine, and aggregate data.
• Work closely with data engineers to ingest new datasets into the Snowflake data warehouse.

Requirements

• Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Proven track record in data modeling, statistics, and analytics.
• Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or Go.
• Proficiency with Snowflake.
• Experience building DAG-based or streaming real-time data pipelines.
• Previous experience with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or DeFi.
• Experience with Kimball dimensional modeling and mid-to-large scale data stacks.
