Data Analyst IV (Product Lifecycle Management Analyst)

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturer, vendor, and business part numbers within the PLM system
• Manage product data throughout the product lifecycle including concept, prototype, NPI, and sustaining activities
• Create and release complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) for electronic, mechanical, and system-level products
• Initiate, track, and manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and stop ships
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams
• Support prototype builds, asset tracking, and product documentation efforts
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot PLM-related issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-tech environments utilizing PLM systems
• Hands-on experience with Part Creation and Product Data Management
• Strong experience managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and change control processes
• Experience creating and maintaining Approved Manufacturer Lists (AMLs)
• Experience creating and releasing complex Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter, Agile PLM, Arena PLM, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter
• NX experience
• Cadence Allegro experience
• Experience supporting hardware product development, consumer electronics, or AR/VR
• Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs
