Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Reporting and in-depth analysis of marketing data in Databricks
• Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to detect trends and patterns
• Translating business requirements into analytical needs and defining data models
• Identifying and defining necessary data structures in collaboration with the Data department
• Implementing automation in cyclical reporting
• Performing iterative data analysis including transformation and aggregation to establish KPIs
• Visualizing data using Power BI or collaborating on dashboard construction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields
• Higher education in Quantitative Methods, Mathematics, Big Data, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or similar
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PySpark, SQL, or Python
• Basic knowledge of Databricks and big data technologies
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Ability to structure complex problems and draw data-driven conclusions
• Proficiency in English at least at B1 level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in marketing campaign, product, or customer analytics
