Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Understand the data strategy and flow of the Greater China digital Go to Market ecosystem to enable 360 Customer profiles.
• Develop data synchronization jobs to connect local solutions with global systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions for web analytics.
• Implement and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Manage analytics tools including Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, and WeChat integration.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Monitor and analyze competitor online activities to identify industry trends.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data science.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Big Data technologies.
• Strong understanding of the WeChat ecosystem or similar digital ecosystems.
• Experience with web analytics and familiarity with web page structures and user behavior tracking.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end requirements analysis through to project delivery.
