Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage backend PMO activities including timesheet management, invoice oversight, and compliance tracking
• Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI to deliver actionable insights
• Perform internal data analysis and quality checks to interpret results for business stakeholders
• Support process automation initiatives using VBA, Macros, Power Pivot, and Power Query
• Design and implement technology best practices and repeatable processes for reporting and automation
• Transcribe and report collected information into accurate, client-ready formats

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, IT, Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, reporting, or backend PMO activities
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with Power Pivot, Power Query, formulas, and macros
• Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and VBA for process automation
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources
• Excellent communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform tools such as PowerApps and Power Automate
• Proficiency in SQL development or ETL processes
• Experience using Python for process automation, data manipulation, and analysis
