About the Company

Gryps is a NYC-based, VC-backed early-stage startup on a mission to revolutionize the $10T construction industry by transforming the way data and knowledge are consumed by construction decision-makers. Our Robotic Process Automation and AI-powered platform automatically ingests and augments construction data to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer decision-making and identify influential data sources
• Analyze data structures from construction systems or public data sources
• Set up customer dashboards and lead whiteboard sessions to map data use
• Consult with customers on leveraging data via the Gryps platform
• Document data workflows, policies, structures, and standards
• Develop and run advanced descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using Python and Jupyter Notebook
• Gather feedback on use cases to identify new opportunities

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or construction management
• 2+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis and complex problem-solving in construction
• 2+ years of construction industry experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or Jupyter Notebook
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
