Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various user profiles, from operational managers to clinical teams
• Collaborate with healthcare unit stakeholders to gather requirements, validate metrics, and ensure outputs meet real needs
• Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/SSIS) to integrate heterogeneous sources within healthcare units
• Build and optimize T-SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and analysis of clinical and operational data
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle
• Actively participate in implementing data products at client sites, including training and support

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence roles
• Proficiency in SQL / T-SQL
• Practical experience with SSIS or equivalent ETL processes
• Practical experience with SSAS, modeling, and MDX calculations
• Ability to develop Power BI reports and dashboards (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices)
• Analytical profile with attention to detail and strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, including clinical information systems, terminologies, or hospital processes
• Experience specifically within the healthcare industry
• Autonomy in task management and proactivity
