Data Analyst (Finance)

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and other business functions
• Deliver reporting on key business metrics such as ARR, MRR, profitability, ROI, and customer performance
• Build and maintain data models using Power Query to combine data from multiple systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM, and billing platforms
• Act as the technical owner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within Finance to support reporting improvements and data quality
• Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, and other departments to translate business questions into clear visualizations
• Support ad hoc analyses and explain KPIs and data sources to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or in a similar analytics role
• Strong hands-on experience with both Power BI and Power Query
• Experience working with financial or operational reporting
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Near native English fluency and excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
