Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to drive business strategy and operational improvements
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user experience and product features
• Translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives and visualizations for stakeholders
• Track and analyze operational performance across partnership programs and customer journeys
• Validate analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and audit-readiness
• Implement AI use cases and build AI-assisted workflows for recurring analysis and reporting
• Evaluate and monitor the quality of AI outputs and define validation checks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Vertica, PostgreSQL, or ClickHouse)
• Good Python skills for data analysis and API/AI integration
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experiment evaluation
• Ability to build simple machine learning models (classifiers, scoring models, etc.)
• Experience performing exploratory data analysis (EDA)
• Hands-on experience using LLM-based tools in analytical workflows
• Ability to design effective prompts and validate AI-generated outputs
• Understanding of responsible AI principles (privacy, bias, hallucination risks)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with workflow automation, AI agents, RAG, or embeddings
