Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and other tools
• Support A/B testing and experimentation from design through results interpretation
• Own cohort and retention analytics for the Canadian subscription business
• Write and optimize SQL to answer business questions via BigQuery
• Support light data engineering work in Dataform to maintain pipelines and data models
• Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Finance, and Care/Ops stakeholders
• Collaborate with the US analytics team to implement best practices

Requirements

• 2 years of full-time experience in analytics, BI, or a related data role
• Strong SQL skills
• Working proficiency in Python
• Experience building dashboards and reports (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment analytics
• Experience with cohort and retention analysis
• Proficiency with SQL and basic data engineering skills
• Experience using AI tools for analytics and coding (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Strong communication skills for remote, cross-border environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in product, finance, acquisition, or growth analytics
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataform, or similar)
