Easebuzz is a payment solutions (fintech) company that enables online merchants to accept, process, and disburse payments through developer-friendly APIs. We are focused on building plug-and-play products, including payment infrastructure, to solve end-to-end business challenges across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize data processes and automate reporting
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems
• Perform complex joins and data transformations across multiple tables
• Generate and automate reports based on operational requirements
• Monitor transaction flows and identify anomalies or fraudulent activities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with SQL, including complex queries and joins
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Working knowledge of Git for version control
• Knowledge of payment gateways, banking systems, or reconciliation processes in fintech
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline
