Data Analyst Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the organizational structure of cross-departmental data teams across product and operations
• Lead end-to-end data analysis and provide strategic insights for the full trading business chain
• Collaborate with senior management to translate data results into actionable business strategies and growth initiatives
• Design and promote target management frameworks, core KPI systems, and visualization dashboards
• Lead data-driven projects to improve operational efficiency, market depth, and trading performance
• Build data service frameworks and analysis tools to empower key client segments

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence within the Fintech or trading industry
• Proven leadership experience managing mid-to-large scale data teams
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and mainstream BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Deep understanding of core trading operations and complex financial data modeling
• Fluency in both Chinese and English
• Master’s degree or above in a related field is preferred
