Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve weekly and monthly reports and dashboards for DIG leadership
• Partner with leaders across construction, real estate, energy, and procurement to translate business needs into analytical deliverables
• Track complex infrastructure projects including progress, cost burn-down, timelines, and financial performance
• Proactively surface and investigate data anomalies and inconsistencies
• Translate analytical findings into clear, executive-ready narratives for senior leadership

Requirements

• 3–5 years of analytics experience in an enterprise or operationally complex environment
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets (BigQuery preferred)
• Hands-on experience building operational dashboards using BI tools like Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to communicate insights clearly to executive audiences
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and gathering business requirements
• Strong sense of ownership regarding data accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in construction, manufacturing, or supply chain industries
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage Intacct
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis or workflow automation
• Experience working in fast-growing companies
