Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of AI and machine learning solutions to improve underwriting, operations, and decision-making
• Analyse business requirements and inform solution design, including the evaluation of external data sources
• Apply modern AI techniques such as LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agentic workflows
• Partner with MLOps and data engineering teams to support production deployment, monitoring, and model quality
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery from problem framing and exploration through to validation and adoption
• Present findings and model performance to business stakeholders in clear, practical terms
• Maintain comprehensive documentation across the entire solution lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning
• Degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or actuarial studies
• Strong Python skills and experience with common DS/ML libraries
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake
• Experience with AI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines or agent-based systems
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, and drift detection
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
