Data Analyst (Campaigns)

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior across touchpoints and key metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve customer experience
• Support end-to-end execution of personalized promotion campaigns, including planning, segmentation, and performance analysis
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated analytical workflows
• Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• BTech or Masters in Mathematics or Statistics
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant data analyst role
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy)
• Experience with PySpark and MS Excel
• Strong skills in data interpretation and complex problem solving
