Responsibilities

• Build and maintain business dashboards for ops, product, and leadership to track KPIs like delivery success and order volumes
• Own the reporting layer to ensure all teams have accurate and reliable reports
• Standardize key business metrics across the organization
• Handle ad hoc data requests from various departments using SQL
• Extract and aggregate data from Snowflake to answer business questions
• Proactively identify trends and anomalies in delivery data
• Translate complex data findings into plain language for non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or business analyst role
• Strong SQL skills for retrieving, filtering, aggregating, and joining data
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and responsiveness skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Snowflake
• Basic understanding of dbt models
• Experience in a fast-moving startup environment
• Domain experience in logistics or marketplaces
