Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract actionable insights from large datasets to enable data-driven strategic and operational decision-making.
• Investigate and analyze data issues related to quality, lineage, and controls, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Design and build automated data pipelines to streamline data movement and processing.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques and machine learning/AI to uncover trends, correlations, and patterns.
• Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports to meet regular and ad-hoc stakeholder needs.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-ready business recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience using SQL and Python for advanced data analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and prompt engineering to accelerate insight generation and analytics workflows.
• Domain exposure to marketing, including campaigns, customer segmentation, and loyalty economics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical skills in PySpark and familiarity with data governance and catalog tools.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven marketing analytics, such as customer lifetime value and churn prediction.
• Strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to connect analytical outputs to measurable business outcomes.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Copilot.
