Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and reformat data from primary and secondary sources for human and machine analysis
• Use Python-based statistical tools and GIS tools to analyze datasets and identify mission-relevant trends
• Prepare analytical reports to communicate findings to executive leadership regarding security trends
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to recommend system improvements and data governance policies
• Document data analysis processes to ensure reproducibility and transparency for government stakeholders

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in data analysis, including predictive analytics
• Intermediate proficiency with Python (e.g., NumPy, pandas)
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Survey123, or similar GIS tools
• Familiarity with git-based version control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business intelligence (BI) methodologies and API integrations
• Familiarity with database design and cloud-based data systems
• Exposure to DevSecOps or analytics development workflows
