Through our nonprofit Atria Research Institute and Public Health Institute, we work to accelerate the translation of medical breakthroughs and expand access to preventive care.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking healthcare metrics like patient outcomes and provider performance
• Partner with clinical and operations teams to deliver self-service analytics solutions
• Build and maintain semantic layers and structured data environments
• Develop data models and establish data quality standards
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear narratives for decision-making
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improving patient care and operational efficiency

Requirements

• SQL proficiency for clean, efficient, and optimized queries
• Visualization expertise in Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical thinking to structure ambiguous problems
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Experience in healthcare, value-based care, or concierge medicine
• Familiarity with data modeling and analytics engineering principles
• Experience working cross-functionally with clinical and executive teams
