Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the sustainment and enhancement of existing data models
• Develop new data models and machine learning models
• Execute and analyze established metrics and develop new metrics for leadership visibility and programmatic performance
• Contribute to data governance by maintaining accurate product dimensions, metadata, and imagery in planogram systems and databases
• Collaborate with business units to translate data requirements into technical specifications and visual dashboards
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and patterns for process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills for querying and managing databases
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site in Pembroke, NH

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in retail, supermarket operations, logistics, or warehouse settings
• Experience using business data analytics platforms such as Salient or Nielsen
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Azure Synapse or Snowflake
• Background in statistical modeling, forecasting, or machine learning
