Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the use of the Clarity PPM tool with request execution, transaction data entry, and financial data entry
• Provide user-facing support for Clarity PPM through request intake and resolution communication
• Manage portfolio dashboards to communicate progress and health at the initiative and portfolio levels
• Use analytics tools like PowerBI and Excel to drive historical data trends and volume analysis
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and information organization
• Experience with PPM tools, specifically Clarity or similar systems
• Proficiency in Power BI, Data Analytics, and Demand Modeling
• Strong skills in queries, report writing, and data visualization
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or Master's degree (work experience may substitute for education)
