Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards
• Automate recurring reports to improve reporting efficiency
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on key metrics including SLA, assignment time, fulfillment rate, UTR, and captain utilization
• Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations
• Analyze workforce utilization and scheduling effectiveness
• Identify under-planned store-hour combinations and capacity risks
• Standardize reporting inputs and resolve data discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in SQL, Python, Power BI, or Data Analytics
• Understanding of Last Mile Operations and related KPIs
• Experience in logistics, delivery, supply chain, or e-commerce environments
