Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards for Last Mile Operations.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and ensure data accuracy for stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on key metrics including SLA, assignment time, fulfillment rate, and captain utilization.
• Perform root cause analysis on performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support capacity planning by analyzing workforce utilization and identifying capacity risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for cross-functional teams.
• Maintain data quality by investigating discrepancies and documenting reporting logic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform advanced data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, delivery, supply chain, or e-commerce environments.
• Certifications in SQL, Python, Power BI, or Data Analytics.
• Understanding of Last Mile Operations and related KPIs such as SLA, UTR, CPO, and Fulfillment Rate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
