Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and visualizations that surface trends and deviations in KYC, EDD, and Judicial Orders indicators
- Identify and correlate relevant data sources using QuickSight, BigQuery, and SQL
- Write optimized SQL queries to solve complex data problems across large transactional datasets
- Apply Python, Scala, or similar languages to build repeatable, scalable analytical solutions
- Lead root cause analysis independently to generate actionable insights
- Define processes to keep KYC, Registration, and Judicial Orders operations compliant
- Manage low- to medium-complexity projects end to end
Requirements
- Experience building dashboards and analytical visualizations (QuickSight, BigQuery, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills for solving complex problems
- Programming experience in Python, Scala, or another general-purpose language
- Familiarity with database modeling and architecture (Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse)
- Experience conducting root cause analysis
- Ability to abstract business concepts into quantitative metrics (KPIs, OKRs)
- Clear, concise communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in KYC, AML, or regulatory/compliance analytics
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Statistics
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Interest in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
