Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze adoption, engagement, and telemetry data to assess digital workplace product performance and value realization
• Build and maintain executive-level scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
• Partner with Power BI developers, data engineers, product teams, and UX researchers to improve data quality and insight generation
• Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Translate complex findings into clear, concise insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Support quarterly business reviews and leadership updates with data-driven narratives
• Document measurement methodologies and metric definitions to ensure reporting consistency

Requirements

• Experience analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Power BI
• Experience with telemetry, usage analytics, or enterprise software adoption data
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills
• Solid understanding of descriptive statistics and analytical concepts
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
