Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Master and own the RMA process to ensure smooth customer support
• Create and maintain accurate Install Base data following order fulfillment
• Review customer reports and validate information to keep data fresh
• Champion standardized processes across the Service Supply Chain, including Inventory and Depot Operations
• Partner with internal teams to implement process improvements and scale reporting functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
