Responsibilities

• Quantify the causal impact of monetary incentives and product features on user retention
• Design, run, and analyze end-to-end A/B and multivariate tests
• Analyze user behavior and marketing activities to predict key metrics like Return on Ad Spend
• Develop and apply advanced user segmentation models to inform product and marketing strategies
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and User Acquisition teams to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Utilize SQL and Python to conduct sophisticated analysis and build robust analytical models
• Transform complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a data analysis role focused on business performance and growth
• Proven experience in statistics, A/B testing, and data modeling
• Exceptional proficiency in SQL and Python
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and data science teams
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences
