Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own reporting and analytics across the business, building dashboards and working with large datasets
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to provide visibility into performance
• Translate data into clear, practical insights to guide decision-making
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and quality checks
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and data processes

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar roles
• Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
• Ability to extract, structure, and analyze large datasets (Snowflake or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Strong understanding of business metrics such as revenue, sales performance, and margins
• Experience working with ERP systems or internal business tools
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Azure-based environments
• Experience with data pipeline tools like FiveTran
• Exposure to Power Automate or workflow automation tools
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or product-based businesses
• Exposure to pricing, margin, or sales analytics
