Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for key analytics initiatives across the business, owning projects end-to-end
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business and customer workflows
• Design and build customer-facing data products, including embedded dashboards and AI-based self-service tools
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track KPIs and prioritize high-impact projects
• Drive experimentation and deep quantitative analysis, including A/B testing
• Contribute to the development of the data warehouse and ensure scalable metrics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong quantitative background
• Proven experience with product analytics and experimentation
• Exposure to AI-driven analytics products or LLM applications
• Experience with product and business event tracking
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)
• Great knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts
• Proficiency in Python for analytics and statistics
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building customer-facing data products (embedded analytics, data APIs)
• Experience in fintech domains such as payments or PSPs
