Data Analyst 3

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce data quality standards, monitoring metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, defining ownership and stewardship roles
• Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
• Maintain metadata repositories, data dictionaries, and document data lineage
• Oversee the data lifecycle, including retention policies and archiving activities
• Support data integration initiatives and collaborate with IT on master data management
• Provide training and guidance to users on data management best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in data management, data governance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and security concepts
• Familiarity with data management tools, including data cataloging and metadata management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in data management or related areas (e.g., CDMP, DM-BOK)
